Performance with Purpose means putting people first through service, integrity, and meaningful action.
Deliver practical leadership that improves daily life, protects taxpayer resources, strengthens public health, and keeps community priorities at the center of every decision.
A community where opportunity is accessible, healthcare systems are responsive, public services are dependable, and growth is planned with long-term care.
Strong leadership means clear goals, executive discipline, respectful collaboration, transparent communication, and the courage to make informed decisions.
Mishy believes service is rooted in showing up for seniors, veterans, families, patients, caregivers, and the people most affected by policy decisions.
Mishy's acceptance into the prestigious LBJ Women's Campaign School 2026 cohort is a significant professional achievement and a reflection of her readiness for serious public service. The nationally respected, nonpartisan program at the University of Texas at Austin trains women to lead in the political arena through campaign strategy, public leadership, mentorship, media training, and practical campaign planning.

I had the opportunity to engage in meaningful discussions with Texas Secretary Jane, exchanging perspectives on real-life policies that affect people in their everyday lives. These conversations provided valuable insight into the challenges and opportunities surrounding public policy and community well-being.
This experience reflects my commitment to civic engagement, thoughtful dialogue, and public service. It also aligns with my broader mission to apply my healthcare knowledge, community advocacy, and leadership experience to support stronger families, seniors, veterans, and healthier communities through informed policy conversations.
Mishy's published book, Embarking on an Extraordinary Journey, offers readers a message of resilience, purpose, faith in possibility, and the responsibility to turn personal experience into service. She wrote it to encourage people to move through uncertainty with courage, discipline, and a commitment to meaningful contribution.
Readers can expect a reflective and motivating work grounded in leadership, growth, and the belief that every chapter of life can become preparation for impact.
