For too long, our county’s full potential has gone unrealized. I know what this community can become: a place where talent is valued, opportunity is created, healthcare is accessible, and everyone—including Asian, Pakistani, and other minority families who have too often been overlooked—can build a future and feel they truly belong.
I’m stepping forward because Leon County deserves representation that reflects all of us—and leadership that listens, unites, and uplifts every community.
I'm running because I know what it means to come to this country from somewhere else, and to believe that you can build a better life through hard work, talent, and opportunity.
As an immigrant and a woman, I would bring a perspective that has not traditionally had a seat at the table in Leon County. I have lived the experience of starting over, adapting, contributing, and understanding just how much talent exists beyond the boundaries of where someone was born.

We need to build a county where people can get the care they need, where we invest in prevention and recovery, and where we continue confronting the opioid crisis and reducing recidivism so that people have a real opportunity to rebuild their lives.

My platform focused on strengthening public health initiatives, advancing Alzheimer's advocacy, supporting veterans' mental health, and championing the needs of seniors and their families. Every priority reflected a commitment to practical solutions, accountability, and lasting community impact.
Running for public office reinforced my dedication to serving with integrity, listening to the community, and working collaboratively to address real challenges. It strengthened my belief that effective leadership comes from showing up, earning trust, and delivering results that matter.
